WideSpot in the Road is the name for our occasional community dinner and discussion group. We call them wide spots because there’s room here for everyone. Our goal is not to find the answers but to experience the joy of exploring questions together.
This no-cost event is held during the fall, winter and spring. Due to the fire at the Village Hearth Restaurant in New Denver, we have changed both our venue and our design. In 2017-18, we co-hosted the Death Cafe, Blue Christmas, and Talking about Dying together with the New Denver Hospice program, a discussion entitled “I Can’t Believe She Said That!” as well as a Freya Valentine concert.
