Contemplative in the Kootenays continues online! Join us on Saturday, July 24th, at 10 a.m. These days, we begin with a check-in and physical grounding practice, meditate together, and hear a little bit of context for the lectio text. Then we each go offline to spend time with the text, do some walking meditation, and grab a bite to eat. At 1 p.m. we come back together for discussion and final meditation.
