In keeping with the divine instructions to rest on a regular basis, we are having our monthly contemplative day at the beach on August 30th! Join us for an afternoon of swimming, laughing, and even pondering a short contemplative passage while letting the beauty of Slocan Lake and the Valhallas fill our souls.
