Contingent on Public Health directives, Contemplative in the Kootenays will meet IN PERSON on Saturday, August 21st! Join us at 10 a.m. in Therese’s back yard. Bring your own chair, sunscreen, hat, and journal; and don’t forget your lunch!

Please DO NOT plan on joining if you have not been fully vaccinated by August 7th. And if Dr. Bonnie Henry says no public gatherings because of a new outbreak, we will not gather in person.

We begin with a check-in and physical grounding practice, meditate together, and hear a little bit of context for the lectio text. Then we each spend time with the text, do some walking meditation, and grab a bite to eat. At 1 p.m. we come back together for discussion and final meditation.
