The next gathering of Contemplative in the Kootenays is scheduled for Saturday, October 28, 2017, at Knox Hall in New Denver.

Our day starts at 10 am and ends at 3 pm.  We’ll be doing Centering Prayer (Surrender Meditation); lectio divina; walking meditation; and celebrating open communion at the end. Theme for the day will be “Why am I Here?”

All welcome, beginners to adepts.  Please bring whatever you need to sit comfortably; a notebook or journal; your lunch.  Wear comfortable clothes and remember that we’ll be walking outside!
