Contemplative in the Kootenays will meet on Saturday, January 21st, from 10-3 in New Denver at Knox Hall, 521 6th Avenue.  The day will include surrender meditation (aka Centring Prayer), lection divina, walking meditation and a short reflection.  We close the day with an open contemplative communion.

Please bring your lunch, a notebook, and wear warm comfortable clothes–Knox Hall can be chilly!  If you use a kneeling bench or zafu or like to pad a chair to help brace your back, please bring your gear along.
