Saturday, March 16th, is the next meeting of Contemplative in the Kootenays. We’ll be gathering at Knox Hall in New Denver (521 6th Avenue, just east of the one and only traffic light), at 10 am. The day, which will include Centering Prayer (Surrender Meditation), lectio divina, walking meditation, and open communion, ends at 3 pm. The topic of the afternoon reflection will be Practical Methods for Increasing Incarnational Awareness, aka Get In Your Body!

Bring your lunch, “sitting gear” if you use it, and wear something warm!
