Dead Crow at the Langham!

Art Joyce's original drama Dead Crow--with music by composer and guitarist Noel Fudge--is coming to Kaslo as part of the Convergence Writers' Weekend pre-events. Slated for Friday, April 26th at 7 p.m., the eponymous Dead Crow is a shadowy watcher with a bad attitude, capable of human or corvid form, and just about as snarky as a tens-of-thousands-of-years-old creature should be, given what he's seen. Fall Retreat: Love and Suffering

The path of mystics, the path of depth, is always the result of love and suffering. Love itself draws us into suffering, because if we open ourselves to the vulnerability of love, we will inevitably suffer.
